A celebration of life for Keith P. Elsasser will be held at a later date. It was his wish to be cremated. The Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton is assisting the family with arrangements. Burial at Grove Cemetery will also be held at a later date.
Keith passed away on Saturday, April 20, 2024, at The OSU James Cancer Hospital in Columbus. He was born on May 27, 1952, in Kenton to the late Donald Raymond and Junita (Paul) Elsasser. Keith Married Jan Humphrey on May 5, 2006, and she survives in Kenton.
Also surviving are Keith’s children; Brad (Melissa) Elsasser, Natasha Elsasser, brothers; Mark Elsasser, Jayson (Suzie) Elsasser, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, stepchildren; Mike (Amber) Humphrey, Amy Yates, many step-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren, 2 nieces and 2 nephews.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Vickey (Ronald) Wells, a brother, Raymond Elsasser, and a niece, Dawn Wells.
Keith graduated from Kenton Senior High School in 1970. He was a member of the Kenton Moose and Eagles.
Keith owned and operated Elsasser Contracting for 30 years. The community made Keith’s job fulfilling. He enjoyed the people and was a humble man who was kind, loving and with a funny sense of humor.
Memorial donations in Keith’s honor may be made to the St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
