Obituary for Larry J. Marsh

Larry J. Marsh, age 69, of Kenton, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 24, 2025 at Vancrest of Ada, surrounded by his family. 

He was born on April 3, 1956 in Kenton, Ohio to Harold Junior and Virginia Lue (Castle) Marsh.  Larry was preceded in death by his father Harold, mother, Virginia and stepfather, Glenn Sprang and two sisters: Wilma Mullins and Charlene Penix.  

On March 16, 1979 Larry married Bonnie L. Nickell and she survives in Kenton. Also surviving are his two children: Nathan Marsh and Christina Marsh both of Kenton; two grandchildren: Liliana and Gabe; and four sisters: Donna (Mick) Wells; Nanette (Eric) Shey, Patricia Sprang and Jayne (Terry) Curtis.    

Larry worked at Precision Strip, Kenton as a truck driver.  He was a member of the Quickstep Pentecostal Church of God, Alger. He enjoyed fishing and watching birds.  Larry was a devoted husband, father, PaPa and brother.  He loved spending time with his grandkids.   

Funeral services will begin at 12:00 PM on Saturday, July 26, 2025 at Quickstep Pentecostal Church of God, 2040 Township Road 120, Alger, Ohio 45812 with Pastor James Gatchell officiating.   

Friends may call two hours prior to the service from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Saturday, July 26th at Quickstep Pentecostal Church of God, 2040 Township Road 120, Alger.
