
Funeral services for Lou Cinda Creamer will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at the Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Mt. Victory with Pastor JMac Geissinger officiating. Burial will follow at Hale Cemetery. Friends and family may visit 2 hours prior to services at the funeral home.
Lou Cinda passed away on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at her daughter’s residence in Mt. Victory. She was born on December 29, 1952, in Dayton, Ohio to the late Harold and Donna (Myers) Mosbacker. She married Karl Creamer Jr. on June 2, 1975, and they later divorced.
Surviving is a daughter, Kelly Creamer of Mt. Victory, 4 brothers; Jackie Mosbacker, Carl (Ola) Mosbacker, Gary Mosbacker, Scott Mosbacker, 4 grandchildren; Keysten (Brandon Edwards) Creamer, Zachery (Paige) Gibson, Kolton Skaggs, Kaden Skaggs, 4 great grandchildren; Lucas and Lincoln Gibson, Kallie and Waylon Edwards and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a special friend, Kevin Rush.
Lou Cinda enjoyed collecting antiques with her favorite being Coca Cola memorabilia. She also enjoyed cooking, gardening, knitting and crocheting. One of her true passions was the love of horses and harness racing was a huge part of her life. She enjoyed spending as much time with them as she could and would always love to keep them groomed.
Memorial donations in Lou Cinda’s honor may be made the Mt. Victory Community Improvement Committee (CIC).
