A graveside service for Nancy Bolen will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at the Preston Cemetery in Alger. The Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton is assisting the family with arrangements.

Nancy passed away on Thursday, October 10, 2024, at the Kenton Nursing and Rehab Center. She was born on July 28, 1958, in Lima to the late Joseph Latimore and Myrtle (McIntosh) Dunson.

Surviving are 2 sons, Lance (Misty) Colding of Marion, Chris (Crystal) Rowe of Amelia, a sister, Sharon Bailey of McGuffey, 3 brothers, Jerry (Becky) Latimore of Kenton, Terry Latimore of McGuffey, Tony Latimore of McGuffey, 3 grandchildren, Chloe Colding, Adalind Rowe, Katrina Rowe, and several nieces and nephews.

Nancy graduated from USV High School in 1977. She worked various jobs but was mostly a homemaker.

Nancy had a deep love for animals, especially cats. She collected anything with a unicorn on it including figurines and stuffed animals.

She  enjoyed watching Nascar with her favorite driver being Jeff Gordon and The Ohio State Buckeyes. She also loved to go to the Dairy Queen. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Nancy’s honor may be made to the Hardin County Humane Society.
