Raymond Man Killed in Union County Crash

A Raymond, Ohio man was killed in a single vehicle crash that occurred around 7:30 Monday on State Route 739 in Union County.
According to a release from the Marysville Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, 68 year old James Alexander lost control of his vehicle while driving north on 739.
The vehicle ended up off the left side of the road where it struck a ditch and utility pole before overturning.
Alexander was not wearing a properly adjusted safety belt and was ejected from the vehicle.
He was transported to Memorial Hospital where he died.
The crash remains under investigation.
