Seven Sentenced in Common Pleas Court Recently

Seven people were sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

 

According to documents from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s Office:

 

.Timothy Shepherd was sentenced to a total of 4 years in prison on one count each of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs and aggravated possession of drugs.

 

.Clark E. Sturgeon II was sentenced to 24 months in prison on one count of robbery.

 

.Cody R. Richardson was sentenced to 12 months in prison on one count of possession of fentanyl-related compound.

 

The following four individuals were each placed on five years community control with conditions:

 

.Matthew S. Campbell on one count of aggravated assault.

 

.Angela M. LeVan on one count of aggravated assault.

 

.Jesse L. Risner on one count trespassing in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present.

 

.Derrick R. Moran on one count each of attempted corrupting another with drugs and possession of fentanyl related compound.

 

All cases were heard by Judge Scott Barrett.
