Six People Sentenced in Common Pleas Court

Six people were sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

 

According to documents from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s Office:

 

.Germaine A. Bluester was sentenced to 5 years in prison on one count of felonious assault.

 

.Billy J. Madison was sentenced to 18 months in prison on one count each of aggravated possession of drugs and tampering with evidence.

 

.Douglas D. Thomas was sentenced to 11 months in prison on one count of theft.

 

The three individuals were each placed on five years community control with conditions:

 

.Thomas F. Snyder Jr. on three counts of criminal damaging or endangering and one count each of attempted felonious assault, operating a vehicle under the influence and driving under suspension.

 

.Alan M. Spangler on two counts of trafficking in heroin and one count of possession of heroin.

 

.James L. Collins Jr. on one count of domestic violence.

 

All cases were heard by Judge Scott Barrett.
