Six Sentenced Recently in Common Pleas Court

Six people were sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

According to documents from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s Office:

.Andrew P. Frazier was sentenced to 18 months in prison on one count of receiving stolen property-firearm. Since the offense occurred while he was on post release control after being released from prison for a sentence in Franklin County, an additional three years and two months was added to the sentence for a total of 4 years and 8 months in prison.

.Dalton J. Pinks was sentenced to a total of 24 months in prison on two counts of grand theft of a motor vehicle and one count of operating a vehicle intoxicated.

.Jorjiana Rittenhour was sentenced to a total of 18 months in prison on one count of aggravated possession of drugs and failure to appear.

The following three individuals were each placed on five years community control with conditions:

.Darion Z. A. Breeden on four counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor or impaired person. He must serve 180 days local incarceration and was classified as a Tier II Sex Offender.

.Juan A. Carmelo on one count of strangulation. He must serve 180 days local incarceration.

.Tyler M. Caudill on one count of possession of a Fentanyl-related compound. He must serve 180 days local incarceration.

All cases were heard by Judge Steve Christopher.
