Six people were sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.
According to documents from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s Office:
.Emma R. Dick was sentenced to 30 months in prison on one count of endangering children.
.Joseph E. Erbe was sentenced to 10 months in prison on one count of aggravated possession of drugs.
The following four individuals were each placed on five years community control with conditions:
.Daisy C. Schmelzer on one count each of aggravated possession of drugs and aggravated trafficking in drugs. She must serve 90 days local incarceration.
.Dee Ann Szymanski on one count of aggravated possession of drugs and three counts of trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound.
.Rocky L. Burton Jr. on one count of aggravated trafficking in drugs and two counts of possession of fentanyl-related compound.
.James D. Sexton on one count of possession of heroin.
All cases were heard by Judge Steve Christopher.
