Phelps Finishes 3rd at State
Riverdale’s Grady Phelps finishes 3rd in the 138 lbs. weight class at this year’s OHSAA Div. III State Wrestling Tournament. Phelps defeated Daine Bayer of Liberty Center in the 3rd place match.
