Three Injured in Crash Involving Car and Buggy Thursday Morning

A crash involving a car and a horse drawn buggy occurred Thursday morning on State Route 31.

According to information from the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office, Jarrod Viers was driving south on 31 when he came upon the buggy, which was being operated by John Hershberger.

Two occupants on the buggy, as well as Hershberger, suffered non-life threatening injuries.

Viers was not injured. Disabling damage occurred to the vehicle.

Charges are pending.
