Three Sentenced Recently in Common Pleas Court

Three people were sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

According to documents from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s Office, the following three individuals were each placed on five years community control with conditions:

.Trever L. Maughmer on one count of aggravated vehicular homicide. He must serve 30 days local incarceration.

.Derek T. Kavanagh on having weapons under disability with a forfeiture specification. He must serve 100 days local incarceration.

.Imanol R. Estrada on two counts of attempted vehicular assault. He must serve 10 days local incarceration.

All cases were heard by Judge Scott Barrett.
