Three Sentenced Recently in Common Pleas Court

Three people were sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

According to documents from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s Office:

.Roger D. Moore was sentenced to nearly 6 years in prison on one count each of gross sexual imposition and sexual battery.

.Lonnie R. Slone was sentenced to 4 years and 5 months in prison on one count each of burglary, trespassing and having weapons while under disability.

.Jonny L. Bates was placed on five years community control with conditions on one count each of having weapons while under disability, attempted abduction, assault, criminal damaging or endangering and possessing a defaced firearm.

All cases were heard by Judge Scott Barrett.
