A two-vehicle crash occurred Thursday morning at the intersection of East Franklin and High Streets in Kenton.
According to the report from the Kenton Police Department, 31-year-old James Downey, of Kenton, was driving north on High Street, and he attempted to turn left onto Franklin.
In the intersection, his car struck a vehicle being operated by 72-year-old Steven Stewart, of Kenton, who was driving south on High and crossing Franklin Street at the time.
Downey, who was cited for a right of way violation, was treated at the scene by BKP EMS.
Stewart was not injured.
