OhioHealth welcomes COVID-19 first-dose vaccine administration for walk-ins at Hardin Memorial Hospital, 921 East Franklin Street in Kenton.
Clinics will be held Friday, May 7 and Thursday, May 13 from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will take place in the McCullough Conference Room.
A limited amount of walk-ins will be available for each clinic day and persons receiving their vaccine are asked to enter through the northeast door by the patio dining area.
At this time, OhioHealth is providing the Pfizer vaccine, which is eligible for ages 16 and up. Vaccine recipients 16 or 17 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Adults, including guardians, must bring identification that includes name and age. Identification will be accepted that is expired or from another state or country.
