Fire Destroys Tractor Near Nevada

A tractor was destroyed by fire at a residence near Nevada Wednesday afternoon.

According to the report from the Wyandot County Sheriff’s Office, a deputy was dispatched to the 300 block of Township Highway 62 where he spoke to the owner who said that he parked the trailer in his yard after using it earlier in the day and it caught fire as he was inside his house.

Heavy damage occurred to the cab and engine compartment.
