Franklin Street from Detroit to Market in Kenton will be closed for parking today.

Also, Columbus Street from Detroit to Market will be closed for parking tomorrow.

This is to allow HSX to install new water lines.

City officials assure residents that there will be no disruption to water service during this time.

They also thank residents for their understanding and cooperation.
