You may see extra travelers on motorcycles today.

This is Ride to Work Day.

Per the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, 6,335 motorcyclists were killed on U.S. roads in 2023.

That is the highest number since federal recordkeeping began in 1975.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol is reminding motorcyclists to be sure and ride responsibly.

That includes not speeding, wearing a helmet and never riding impaired.
