
On Saturday, the Upper Scioto Valley cross country teams competed in the Ottawa Blue and Gold Invitational.
In the girls race, Lauren Thompson placed 100th with a time of 25:36, while Ella Blair finished 147th in 30:49.
In the boys race, Noah McCoy and Quinn Dyer led the Rams, placing 78th and 79th with times of 19:29 and 19:32. Braden Zapp and Ben Tidd finished 110th and 113th in 20:29 and 20:36. Miles Joseph placed 146th in 23:41, and Jase Prater rounded out the Rams’ effort in 158th at 27:36.
As a team, USV placed 21st out of 23 scoring teams.
The Rams will return to action on Tuesday at the Hardin County Meet, hosted by Riverdale.
