The sound of Civil War cannons and the smell of the blacksmith’s fire will return to Hardin Northern next week.
The History Brigade will host their annual Living History Day for the elementary classes on Tuesday, October 7.
Several student presenters will join local living historians as they entertain the elementary students with tales of the Civil War, the French Revolution and more.
The History Brigade is a student club at Hardin Northern High School. Their mission is to stimulate interest in history while promoting historical preservation and education – and have a fun time while doing it.
