Hardin Leadership Unveils Rebrand After Year-Long Community Review

Hardin Leadership celebrated a major milestone at its Annual Meeting and Reveal on Thursday, where 25 alumni gathered to preview the organization’s new logo and learn about exciting updates for the upcoming Hardin Leadership 2026 program.

The enhanced program will feature several new components designed to strengthen leadership development, including:

• Mentorship opportunities to foster growth and guidance

• Orientation sessions for participants and their sponsors

• Accountability measures to ensure progress and engagement

• Sessions hosted at diverse locations across Hardin County

• Tours of local businesses to provide real-world insights

The ten-month program will meet monthly from February through November, offering participants a comprehensive experience that blends education, networking, and hands-on learning.
