Kenton Woman Injured in Crash Tuesday Afternoon

A Kenton woman was injured in a two vehicle crash that occurred at 4:35 Tuesday afternoon at the intersection of Main and Espy Streets in Kenton.

According to the report from the Kenton Police Department, 61-year-old Rebeccah Brown was driving west on Espy and attempted to turn left onto Main on a red light.

Her vehicle struck a southbound semi being operated by 49-year-old Kevin Householder, of Belle Center.

Disabling damage occurred to Brown’s vehicle, and she was transported to Hardin Memorial Hospital for treatment.

She was also cited for a red light violation.
