Search Warrant Served on State Route 67 in Kenton
A search warrant was served at a residence on State Route 67 on Wednesday.
According to a release from the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office, the Hardin County Crime Task Force, with assistance from the Hardin County Municipal Probation Office and the Hardin County Prosecutor’s Office, executed a search warrant at 18700 State Route 67 in Kenton.
During the search, investigators recovered suspected powder and crystal narcotics, firearms, and various items of drug paraphernalia.
49-year-old Chad Shafer is currently in custody on a probation violation, with additional charges pending.
