Ridgemont FFA Lends a Hand at Recent Hardin County Food Distribution

Ridgemont FFA members volunteered at the Hardin County Food Distribution last week, showing up despite cold and rainy conditions. School officials said the students demonstrated servant leadership by helping community members regardless of the weather.

The next OhioHealth Hardin Memorial Hospital in partnership with the West Ohio Food Bank food distribution event is taking place December 16th from noon until 2:00pm.

Food will be distributed at Home Run Memorial Park, located at 13625 State Route 292 in Kenton.

Trunks or truck beds need to be cleared out before arriving.

You must be 18 years of age or older, have a valid ID, and be at or below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines.

They are always looking for business groups or individuals to volunteering at the events.
