Ohio State Patrol Superintendent Colonel Charles A. Jones honored the winner of the 2025 Ohio State Highway Patrol Holiday Card Contest on Monday.

Andrew Boyer’s creativity shined brightly this year.

His brother, Jaxon Boyer, also earned a spot among the top three finalists.

It was a great accomplishment for the family.
