Marion County Sheriff’s Office Program Helps Safeguard Seniors Living Alone

The Marion County Sheriff’s Office offers a program called Safeguard our Seniors.

This program is designed to support senior citizens of Marion County who live alone and may not have close family to check in with them regularly.

House checks are completed weekly to make sure a participant of the program is safe.

If you are interested in applying or would like to apply for a loved one or even a close friend, visit the Marion County Sheriff’s Office at 100 Executive Drive in Marion.
