The City of Findlay is inviting residential developers to submit Letters of Interest for potential partnership opportunities utilizing the State of Ohio Residential Development Revolving Loan Program.
That is a new state program designed to support the development of single-family housing through strategic infrastructure investment.
The program is administered by the Ohio Department of Development and provides low-interest loans to local governments to fund eligible public infrastructure improvements necessary to support new single-family residential development.
The state application opened December 29, 2025, and will be accepted on a rolling basis until funding is exhausted.
Developers interested in participating must submit their Letter of Interest to Mayor Christina Muryn by 5pm Friday, March 13.
