Rina Sue Rowe, 56, of Belle Center, passed away, Wednesday, March 18, 2026. She was born October 27, 1969 in Lima, OH, to Norman and Peggy (Fetter) Evans.
Rina is survived by her husband; Rick, daughters; Tawney (Cameron) Saylor, and Torey (Cole) Klingler, brothers; Randy (Jorden) Evans and Clint (Julie) Evans, sister; Mandy (Dean) Oakley, grandchildren; Kaydence and Kerrigan Saylor, Laynie Klingler, and baby Klingler, nephews; Seth (Molly) Evans and Jude Evans, nieces; Ciarra (Marvin) Griffin, and Jade Evans, great-nephews; Jackson and Owen Evans, great niece McKinley Evans. Rina had many bonus children, whom she loved and cherished, as if they were her own. She was preceded in death by her father, Norman Evans, and brother, Norman Evans.
Rina dedicated more than 25 years to Hepburn Feed and Supply, where she truly loved her work and the many wonderful customers who quickly became like family. Outside of work, her most cherished role was being “Mamaw.” She found her greatest joy in spoiling her grandchildren, supporting them in all their activities, and loving them unconditionally.
Rina was known for her contagious smile, generous spirit, and her willingness to help others, especially during the holiday season. She delighted in playing Mrs. Claus alongside her husband, Rick, who portrayed Santa Claus. Together, they would spread kindness and cheer to family, friends, and even strangers, making the season brighter for everyone they met.
To know Rina was to know her love of cooking and caring for others—she could prepare a meal for an army, and no one ever left her home hungry.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 28, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the McDonald Township Hall.
Food will be provided, so please come hungry and ready to share your memories and stories of Rina.
Schindewolf-Stout-Crates Funeral home is honored to serve the Rowe family.
