The Hardin County Law Enforcement Memorial Unveiling Ceremony will be held this Sunday, May 10.

It will start at 3:00 p.m. at 1025 South Main Street in Kenton.

This is Upper Scioto Valley student Jadon Holbrook’s Eagle Scout Project that began several years ago during a visit to the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial in Washington, D.C.

After seeing the names of our fallen Hardin County heroes on that wall, Holbrook asked where their monument was Hardin County, and when he learned there wasn’t one, he made it his mission to change that.

Thanks to the overwhelming support of local businesses and individuals, his vision is now a reality.

The ceremony kicks off National Police Week.
