Kenton City Council to Meet This Evening
Kenton City Council will meet this evening.
On the agenda on first reading is an ordinance relating to penalties and remedies for violations of the zoning code, and a resolution tentatively awarding the contract for the construction of Water Treatment Plant Phase 1 Improvements.
A resolution authorizing the Safety-Service Director to enter into a professional services agreement and funding assistance of Phase IIB Water and Sanitary Sewer Replacement Project with OHM Advisors is on third and final reading.
Also on third reading are two ordinances, one providing for additional appropriations and transferring funds for 2026, and the other restating a codified ordinance section relating to the Shade Tree Commission.
The 9th Regular Session of the year will start at 7:00 this evening in the City Building.
