
The Kenton Boys Tennis won 4-1 when they traveled to Bucyrus to take on the Redmen Monday night. Garraden Wirbel cruised past Mason Eldridge 6-1, 6-2 at 1st Singles, while Seth Spencer took down Will Kuhn 6-2, 6-0 at 2nd Singles. In a hard-fought match at 3rd Singles, Richard Huang came up short against Rielly Bolster, falling 6-7 (7-9), 6-7 (6-8). At 1st Doubles, Wyatt Campbell and Cale Harshfield dominated Aubrie Kimmel and Reese Garvin 6-1, 6-1. In 2nd Doubles, Tate Ketcham and Jack Whitmer topped Brooklyn Ryland and Bryce Phillips 6-1, 6-2.
The Wildcats now stand at 9-5 for the season and will wrap up the regular season at home Tuesday against Emmanuel Christian at 4:30 p.m.
