Hardin VSC to Host Memorial Day Ceremony at Grove Cemetery in Kenton
The Hardin Veterans’ Service Commission (VSC) will be hosting the Memorial Day Ceremony at the GAR Circle in Grove Cemetery on May 25th, 2026, at 11 AM (right after the annual Kenton parade).
The Kenton High School band, bagpiper- Jadon Holbrook, JROTC Cadets, VSC’s Honor Guard, Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War (SUVCW) representative- Ronald Marvin, Wreath Presenter- Korea War Veteran Robert Hites, Pastor Randall Forester, and a special guest speaker, Ohio State Representative Ty Mathews, will be there participating in this year’s memorial ceremony.
The public is welcome and is encouraged to attend the memorial service at Grove Cemetery to show honor and respect to the fallen heroes who gave the ultimate sacrifice for the freedoms that we all enjoy every day in America.
Grove Cemetery is located at 15443 OH-309 in Kenton.
