The Hardin County Chamber and Business Alliance shined its latest Tourism Spotlight on the Ada Passenger Deport.

The historic 2-story depot was built in 1887 on the lines of the Ohio and Indiana Railroad, then the Pennsylvania Railroad, and is one of the few surviving 19th century Pennsylvania passenger stations in Ohio.

It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1998 as the Ada Pennsylvania Station and Railroad.

In addition to the train house, the Ada Passenger Depot features a caboose, historical marker, and cannon.
