Lima Hit-Skip Crash Leads to OVI Arrest
A hit/skip crash Thursday morning in Lima led to an OVI arrest.
According to the Lima Police Department report, a vehicle slowed for the roundabout at Main and Market Streets, when it was struck from behind by a vehicle that then fled the scene.
The driver of the vehicle that was struck obtained a license plate, and police found the driver.
35-year-old Brittney Williams was placed under arrest for operating a vehicle intoxicated.
There were no injuries in the crash.
