
The Findlay Police Department reported a pursuit early this morning.
A little after midnight, a traffic stop was attempted on a 2018 Gray Jeep Renegade at the intersection of Tiffin Avenue and N. Blanchard Street. The vehicle failed to stop and ran several traffic signs and traffic lights thought out the east side of town reaching speeds of 50mph.
According to the report, the vehicle then reached Tiffin Avenue and proceeded eastbound out of town reaching speeds of 115mph. The pursuit reached Seneca County on SR 224 and then proceeded onto SR 23 and into Fostoria. The pursuit then continued through Fostoria, Arcadia and then ending on Ivy Lane. The vehicle was eventually spike stripped by HCSO as it entered Findlay.
The driver and the passenger fled on foot from where the vehicle stopped. Both the driver and passenger have been identified and chargers are being filed. Both the driver and passenger are juveniles.
