The City of Kenton is advising motorists to use caution while traveling on Main Street as crews continue manhole adjustment work in the southbound lane.
According to the city, crews are adjusting manhole castings to bring them up to grade. Traffic cones have been placed around each manhole cutout, requiring southbound vehicles to briefly move into the adjacent lane to navigate around the work areas.
Motorists are encouraged to use extra caution, be patient, and watch for changing traffic patterns while work is underway.
The cones will remain in place until the concrete has properly cured, after which normal traffic patterns will resume.
