Motorcycle Crash Claims Life of Marion Man

A 30-year-old Marion man was killed in a motorcycle accident that occurred over the weekend in the City of Marion.

According to a release from the Marion Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Linken J. Tyler lost control of the motorcycle while traveling north on Presidential Drive.

Tyler was thrown from the motorcycle after it went off the road and struck the curb.

He was taken to Marion General Hospital and then flown to Grant Medical Center in Columbus where he later died.

The crash remains under investigation.
