Marion Police Major Graduates from Public Safety Leadership Academy
The Marion Police Department announced the graduation of Major B.J. Gruber from the Public Safety Leadership Academy or PLSA.
PLSA is an 11-week prestigious, advanced leadership opportunity for law enforcement leaders from around Ohio.
The academy hosts qualifying officers from various police departments, sheriff’s offices, and state agencies. Training focuses on leadership, ethics, public administration, community engagement, and managing contemporary policing challenges.
