Hardin County Treasurer’s Office Announces Extension for Property Tax Payments
The Hardin County Treasurer’s office has announced that the due date for Real Estate Property Taxes and Manufactured Home Taxes has been extended to August 5, 2026.
According to a news release, the extension was made to accommodate deductions made possible through House Bill 186.
Property owners should receive their tax bills during the first week of July, as bills are expected to be mailed by the end of June.
Residents are encouraged to utilize the Treasurer’s drop box located outside the south entrance of the Hardin County Courthouse.
