Two Hardin County Sheriff’s deputies Joe Carl and Mike Bell achieved Professional School Resource Officer status earlier this week.
That took place at the Ohio School Resource Officer Association conference.
The mission of the Ohio School Resource Officers Association (OSROA) is to promote and facilitate training and communication among School Resource Officers, educators and school security personnel in Ohio. OSROA is a resource for school-based law enforcement and educators to use to create safe and positive learning environments in Ohio’s schools.
The Hardin County Sheriff’s Office congratulated Deputy Carl and Deputy Bell, saying that the honors are well deserved.
