Ridgeway Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in Logan County Crash

A Ridgeway man was seriously injured in a Logan County crash over the weekend. Austin Housler, 33 of Ridgeway, was involved in a crash that occurred Saturday evening, July 18, at around 6:20pm.

According to a report from the Marysville Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Housler was operating a motorcycle northeast on SR 274 and failed to negotiate a curve. The motorcycle went off the left side of the road, overturned and struck a utility pole.

Housler was transported to Mary Rutan Hospital in Bellefontaine with suspected serious injuries.

He was cited for failing to maintain reasonable control.
