Former Kenton Resident Faces September Trial on Rape Charges in Marion County
A former Kenton resident was indicted earlier this year by a Marion County Grand Jury on three counts of rape, and the victim was listed as being under 13 years of age.
Tyeson Hurt, now of Marion, has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Originally his trial was scheduled for May, but according to court documents it has since been moved to September 22 in Marion County Common Pleas Court.
It is anticipated to last for two days.
A pretrial hearing is scheduled for August 13.
