ODOT Seeks Public Input on U.S. 23 Safety Project Near Upper Sandusky

The Ohio Department of Transportation District 1 is seeking public comments on a project to improve safety along the U.S. 23 corridor, just north of the U.S. 23/U.S. 30 split, northwest of the city of Upper Sandusky.

In 2018, ODOT completed a study to identify improvements for the intersections along the U.S. 23 corridor to enhance safety.

ODOT is moving forward with the study recommendation to build a restricted crossing U-turn (RCUT) at the U.S. 23/County Highway 4 intersection.

The public is encouraged to share their thoughts on the proposed design for the intersections by Friday, September 4.
