Alger Man Pleads Not Guilty to Multiple Charges Involving Minors
An Alger man pleaded not guilty to multiple sexually oriented charges this week in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.
According to court documents, 40-year-old Timmy Lee Adams was indicted in July on four counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor or impaired person, three counts of illegal use of minor or impaired person in nudity-oriented material, one count of pandering sexually-oriented matter involving a minor or impaired person, one count of possessing criminal tools and one count of tampering with evidence.
The alleged offenses occurred between July 2025 to January 2026.
Judge Steve Christopher set bond at $150,000 cash or surety.
A two-day jury trial is scheduled to begin February 23, 2027.
