Legal Notice: Goshen Township Zoning Commission Public Hearing

Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code # 519.12(D). The Goshen Township Zoning commission, Hardin County, Ohio, gives notice that a public hearing will be held on, August 31, 2026 at 7:00 PM at 21012 County Road 100, Kenton, Ohio. The purpose of this hearing is to consider amending the Goshen Zoning Plan to add regulations Regarding renewable energy systems initiated by the Goshen Township Board of Trustees by resolution on August 3, 2026. The proposed text of amendments will be available starting August 22, 2026 for public examination in window of Goshen Township Hall, which is located at 21012 County Road 100. After the hearing, the amendment will be submitted to the Township Trustees for its action.
