Abundance of Donations Prompts Kenton Food Pantry to Open Tomorrow
The Kenton Full Gospel Bread of Life Food Pantry will be open today from 8 to 10 a.m. to provide groceries to members of the community.
According to the pantry, it had originally planned to remain closed this week following Labor Day. However, an abundance of donations has left the pantry overflowing with food, prompting organizers to open its doors and distribute the available items to local families.
A variety of groceries will be available, including meat, fresh produce, pantry items, bread, drinks and other food products.
Organizers are encouraging anyone who could use groceries for themselves or their family to come to the pantry.
The pantry says there is no reason to be embarrassed or hesitant to ask for help, emphasizing that the food is available to bless members of the community and that everyone is welcome.
The Kenton Full Gospel Bread of Life Food Pantry is located at 129 North Wayne Street in Kenton.
