ONU HealthWise Pharmacy to Offer Flu Shots at West Ohio Food Bank
ONU’s HealthWise Pharmacy will be administering flu shots at the West Ohio Food Bank in Lima on Monday, October 12.
You can get your yearly flu vaccine during food distribution at the food bank from 10:00 am until noon Monday.
You will need to take your pharmacy insurance cards and medical cards to receive a vaccine.
If you are on Medicare Part B, bring your Red, White and Blue card.
They will be administering flu vaccines for anyone 5 and older, high dose vaccines for anyone 65 and over.
The West Ohio Food Bank is located at 1380 East Kibby Street in Lima.
