Brock Crace Named First Winner of Hardin Community School Inspiration Contest

The Hardin County Sheriff’s Office announced that Brock Crace was the very first winner of the new inspiration contest at the Hardin Community School.

Every couple of weeks, Deputy Donnie Deckling will have a custom canvas picture made featuring an inspirational quote and a life lesson.

The challenge for the students is to write down, in their own words, exactly what that lesson means to them and how it applies to their lives.

Along with two teachers, Deputy Deckling has the privilege, and the tough job, of reading through all the incredible submissions to pick the best one.

The winning student gets to take the canvas print home to keep.
