A weather spotter class has been set for Thursday March 14 in the conference room of the Jacob Parrott Safety Center in Kenton.

A representative from the National Weather Service in Wilmington will teach participants how to spot storm fronts that could produce severe weather.

The class is free and open to anyone interested.

More on the topic will be discussed on Public Eye featuring Hardin County EMA Director Jacob Burgbacher which airs Saturday morning at 7:30 and Sunday at noon on WKTN.
