Kenton Man Arrested on Warrant and Issued Summons for Other Offenses
A Kenton man was arrested on a warrant and was charged with several offenses Sunday evening.
According to the report from the Kenton Police Department, officers were dispatched to Marathon at 303 North Detroit Street to investigate a report of a male allegedly seen providing cigarettes to a minor.
The suspect, identified as 58 year old John J. Pierce, was located and was arrested on a bench warrant out of the Kenton Police Department.
He was also issued a summons for contributing to the delinquency of a minor and possession of marijuana.
